Cancellations require a 24-hour notice. Less than 24-hour notice may result in full fee for booked services, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
In the event of an emergency, inclement weather or natural disaster, I Want a Walk Pet Services is entrusted to use it's best judgment in caring for pets and home. Inclement weather cancellations can be made 24 hours before scheduled appointments, and no later than 9:00am the day of scheduled service, with mutual consent between I Want a Walk Pet Services and pet owners. Cancellations after 9:00am may result in full fee for booked services.
